Data scattered across spreadsheets
→ one live dashboard
Sales, stock and expenses live in five different files, and nobody trusts the totals. I centralise them into a single database with a dashboard your managers can open on any device.
Every hour your staff spends re-typing data, chasing approvals or rebuilding the same report is money already leaving the business. I build the software that takes those hours back — and I show you the payback period before you pay anything.
Work out what your process costs ↓Most companies don't need "an app." They need one specific bottleneck removed. Find yours below.
→ one live dashboard
Sales, stock and expenses live in five different files, and nobody trusts the totals. I centralise them into a single database with a dashboard your managers can open on any device.
→ automated pipeline
Invoices copied into Excel, orders copied into the system, reports rebuilt by hand every Monday. I connect the systems so the data moves itself, on a schedule, without a person in the middle.
→ digital workflow
Leave requests, purchase orders and site reports stuck in someone's drawer. I turn them into forms with role-based approvals, notifications and a full audit trail of who approved what and when.
→ AI model in your workflow
Reading documents, classifying photos, checking quality, predicting demand, answering the same customer question 200 times. I build and deploy the model, and wire it into the tools your team already uses.
Every package is a fixed quote after the Automation Starter. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
You know something is wasting hours, but not exactly what. I find it — and build one small fix before I leave.

You already know which process is broken. I rebuild that one process as working software, end to end.

Typically delivered in 2–4 weeks
Your departments run on five disconnected tools. I replace them with one system everyone shares.
from$2,500
Typically delivered in 6–12 weeks
Large rollouts, several branches, migration off legacy software, or integration with an existing ERP. Scoped and quoted individually after a paid discovery phase.
From $6,000 Custom quote
Monitoring, backups, priority bug fixes, small changes each month and one enhancement per quarter. Because a system nobody maintains quietly stops being used.

You are already paying for the manual way — it just never appears on an invoice. Move the sliders to match one process in your company; the figures beside them recalculate as you go, so the numbers on this page are yours.
≈ $1.70 an hour over 176 paid hours a month
Assumes automation removes these manual hours entirely, over 22 working days a month at 8.0 hours a day. An estimate to start the conversation — the Automation Starter replaces it with real measured numbers.
A clear, professional process — no surprises, no delays.
We discuss your project requirements, goals, and technical constraints.
I send a detailed scope, timeline, and payment breakdown for approval.
An upfront payment is required to begin. Payment details are agreed upon in the proposal.
I develop the solution with regular updates and progress check-ins.
You review the deliverable and request any refinements.
Final handover of the completed project.
The remaining balance is settled upon final delivery of the project.
You do. On final payment, full ownership of the source code, the database and every account transfers to your company in writing. You are never locked to me.
Small changes are absorbed. Anything that adds real work gets a written change note with its own price and timeline impact, which you approve before I build it. Nothing appears on an invoice that you haven't already agreed to.
The Automation Starter fee is paid upfront, and it is credited in full against your build if you go ahead within 30 days. For the build itself, payment details are agreed upon in the project proposal — an upfront payment is required to start work, with the remainder due upon final delivery.
Automation Starter: about 1 week. Single Process: 2–4 weeks. Connected Operation: 6–12 weeks. Enterprise work is scoped individually. Your exact dates are in the fixed quote.
Usually yes. If your current system has an API, a database or even just exports to Excel, I can connect to it rather than replace it. Replacing working software is expensive and rarely necessary.
Included support covers 1–3 months depending on the package. After that a Care Plan covers monitoring, fixes and small changes. Without a plan I still take fix requests, quoted per job.
I sign an NDA before the walkthrough. Work happens on test data wherever possible, access is limited to what the build actually requires, and all credentials are handed over and rotated at project close.
Tell me which process is eating your week — how many people touch it, how long it takes, where it breaks. I'll come back with which package fits, roughly what it costs, and an honest answer about whether more software is even the right fix. The conversation is free and nothing is committed after it.
