This Refund Policy applies to all software development, AI/ML engineering, and related digital services provided by Kalhara Wimukthi. Our goal is to ensure fair and transparent resolution of any concerns related to your purchase.

02 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered within 14 days from the date of project delivery or payment, provided that:

  • The delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon project specifications and requirements.
  • You have communicated the issue in writing within the eligibility period.
  • You have allowed reasonable opportunity (at least 2 revision cycles) for us to correct the issue before requesting a refund.
  • The issue is not caused by changes in your requirements after project commencement.

Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of the status within 5 business days. If your refund is approved:

We will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refund amounts will exclude any payment processing fees incurred.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.

04 Revisions & Exchanges

We believe in delivering exactly what you envisioned. If you would like revisions to the delivered work, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your project deliverables. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the revision process.

Most concerns can be resolved through open communication and collaborative revisions, which we highly encourage before considering a refund request.

05 Non-Refundable Items

Certain services and situations are non-refundable by nature. These include:

Completed and fully delivered projects that meet specifications
Consultation fees and advisory services already rendered
Domain name registrations and third-party service fees paid on your behalf
Requests made after the 14-day eligibility period has elapsed
Delays or issues caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or feedback
Change-of-mind cancellations after work has commenced

06 Defective Delivery

In the unfortunate event that your deliverable arrives with critical defects or errors that were not part of your requirements, please contact us immediately. We will:

Priority Fix

Arrange for an immediate correction of the defects at no additional cost to you, treating it as a priority task.

Full Refund Option

Issue a full refund if the defects cannot be reasonably corrected within an agreed timeframe, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.

07 Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after your refund request has been reviewed and approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
